Work just flows.
We'll take care of the rest.
Infrastructure, security, phone systems and day-to-day support, with a single technical point of contact. Since 2002, on site and remotely.
The things that work don't get noticed. Here's who keeps them that way.
-
01
Everyone logs in
Workstations ready, credentials managed, printers working. The hardware inventory is tracked and always up to date.
-
02
The ERP responds
Clustered virtual servers and a network segmented by department: every office gets the resources it needs.
-
03
The suspicious email never arrives
A malicious attachment is stopped before it reaches the inbox. Your people don't notice; we do.
-
04
Off site, just like the office
Shared documents in real time and multi-factor sign-in: the same rules, wherever people work.
-
05
The day ends quietly
Backups run, verified and protected against changes; updates applied overnight. The next day you pick up where you left off.
Eight services, one goal: business continuity
How we work
Every engagement starts with an analysis of the business: how it works, which systems it uses, who uses them every day and where the risks lie. Only once we understand the context do we make a proposal, because a technical solution only really works if it fits the organisation.
We propose work sized to real needs and, among the latest technologies, choose the ones that bring the business a concrete advantage. Goals, timescales and costs are clear from the start, and every choice is designed to grow over time.
Delivering a project is where the most important part of our work begins. We look after the infrastructure with support, scheduled maintenance and continuous monitoring, acting on the early signs of a problem before they become downtime. A dedicated point of contact knows the environment, the people and the history of every system, and every intervention stays documented and available to review.
Businesses that can't afford downtime
Plants with connected machines, departmental networks and an ERP running production and the warehouse. We make sure machinery, offices and the ERP talk to each other reliably and securely, from the warehouse to the production line.
In logistics, a system that stops is a late delivery. We keep the warehouse network, the terminals and the ERP running, so goods keep moving.
Projects, drawings and technical documentation that have to move between office, site and clients. We organise archives with role-based permissions, provide secure remote access and controlled sharing with outside parties.
When you work with confidential data, there's no room for doubt. We manage workstations, email, backups and document protection, so the firm can focus on its own work.
The first step: a check-up of your infrastructure.
We assess the state of your network, servers, backups and security, and deliver an action plan listing the issues found and the recommended work, in order of priority. It's a clear starting point for planning, including for NIS2 compliance. To request one, just give us a call or send an email.
